Micro Industries Corporation is committed to protecting both our local and global environment. We design, manufacture, and service electronic computers and related components in the state of Ohio. Micro Industries’ Environmental Management System is registered to ISO 14001:2004. The ISO 14001 Environmental Standard is recognized worldwide for its positive environmental impact on the global ecology. Micro led the way in the US, becoming one of the very first companies to achieve its registration in 1998. In addition, our plant was designed with this objective in mind. We engineered water filtration and air purification systems to a zero discharge process nearly 20 years ago.

Touch&Go Computers use the latest energy saving processor technology from Intel to minimize power requirements and provide a low power advantage. Our newest small format computer has reduced power consumption by almost 50% from our prior generation. In addition, we have a major initiative to provide that all of our computers are Energy Star compliant by the year 2010.
Micro Industries provides a safe and healthy work environment for both its employees and the community while producing quality products that are environmentally friendly. Micro Industries management is responsible for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets that are committed to continual improvement and prevention of pollution while also complying with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements placed upon the organization. We have also taken a leadership position in complying with the European Union RoHS and WEEE directives.
Micro Industries has demonstrated its leadership in environmental conservation, has innovated technology using its own engineering resources to develop manufacturing methods to eliminate waste before they were available on the market. Micro has been producing products in an environmentally conscientious environment since 1990.
